Please read the following list of rules carefully before submitting your film:

Printable 2007 Rules and Regulations (pdf file) - acrobat reader needed.

1. Films must have been completed after Jan 1, 2007.
2. All non-English language films/videos must have English subtitles.
3. Two DVD copies of your screener must be submitted.
4. Preview DVDs/tapes will not be returned unless return postage and self-addressed padded envelope are included.
5. Illegible or incomplete entry forms will not be accepted.
6. Submissions may not be withdrawn from the festival once the have been entered, except at the sole discretion of the festival.
7. All selected films/videos may be excerpted for publicity purposes. (1 min. max)
8. A seperate entry form must be submitted with each film/video.
9. Label the outside of your package FOR FESTIVAL PREVIEW ONLY - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE. Do not value the contents anymore than $10.00 Canadian.
10. Preview tapes must be labeled with the title, running time and contact information. Please DO NOT send master tapes, originals or film prints.
11. Entry fee must accompany application form.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT send tapes in fibre-filled envelopes as the dust can damage the tapes and viewing equipment.

* Films must be available for festival screening on Digital Betacam SP, MiniDV, DVCAM (all NTSC).
